Candidate · National Coordinator
Jane Kipchirchir
Chapters · Coordination · Member Mobilization
Background
Jane Kipchirchir brings to the National Coordinator race a deep network across the Kalenjin diaspora and a relationship-building ethic that members in multiple chapters know firsthand. She is the kind of person whose call always gets picked up — the kind whose introductions actually lead somewhere.
Why I'm Running
Jane is running because the National Coordinator should be the connective tissue between every chapter, every program, and every member who wants to be more involved. Today each chapter often operates in its own bubble — that is both strength and weakness. She wants to turn the bubbles into a network without erasing local character.
Vision for the Office
A National Coordinator's office that connects rather than commands — strengthening every chapter, lifting up emerging hubs, and recognizing the volunteers who carry the local load. The goal: a Gotabgaa where every chapter, large or small, feels part of one diaspora family.
